If you book or enquire for a charter with motor yacht Sérénité we will record information relating to you and/or your company in computer systems that relates specifically to said charter/enquiry.

- Company details (registration and TVA/VAT numbers etc.)
- Correspondence and contract itineraries

Name & Contact information
Your contact details are safe with us. We will only use these details to contact you for the purpose of our direct business collaboration. Motor Yacht Sérénité will never supply your contact details to a third party for the purpose of marketing.
Contract
We will keep such information on record. Contracts and invoices will stay in our systems as it is legally binding. You have the right to at any time ask for a copy of this information and request it to be corrected or to delete any information that we are not obliged to keep for legal or tax reasons.
Banking details
Bank cards – We will not keep your bank card details on record and for your own safety we ask you kindly to not include these in email / or other correspondence. Any details received via email will be immediately deleted from our system. Should we pay any additional provisioning on your behalf we may do so over the phone but will not keep record of any details.
Images
We may take images with your permission only and possibly use these on our web-site and/or social media. However rest assured this is at all times your choice.
For any of the above you have the right to ask fot deletion of any information that relates to you or your company and we will respond to your request at our earliest possibility but aim to deal with your case within two weeks. Please note that we may request identification and verification that you are authorised by your organisation to access any information.
